8.1.1.4 El personal de inspección para verificar la PH al amparo de esta NRF, debe estar certificado como Nivel 2 o 3 en los métodos de inspección visual y de fuga, de acuerdo con ISO 9712.


NRF-211-PEMEX-2008 Válvulas De Compuerta Y Bola En Líneas De Transporte De Hidrocarburos.
8.4.3.1 Personal para pruebas no destructivas.
El personal que realice pruebas no destructivas debe estar calificado y certificado de acuerdo con los requerimientos especificados en ISO 9712:1999 o SNT-TC-1A o equivalente.

8.2.9.2. El personal que realice las pruebas no destructivas debe estar calificado y certificado como técnico nivel 2 o nivel 3 de acuerdo con ISO 9712:2005, con base en ANS/ASNT CP-106-2008 o su equivalente.
8.2.9.4. El Ingeniero responsable debe estar calificado y certificado como técnico nivel 3 de acuerdo con ISO 9712:2005 en los métodos particulares con base en ANSI/ASNT CP-106-2008 o su equivalente, con ISO 20807:2004 para UTT, y/o ISO 11484:2009 para técnicas con equipo automatizado; como corresponda, por una entidad acreditada en términos de la LFMN y su Reglamento.

8.1.4.1 Inspecciones no destructivas.
a) General
2 EI personal que realiza las inspecciones o evalúa los resultados debe estar calificado y certificado para el método y técnica empleada. La calificación puede efectuarse como se indica en la norma NMX-B-482 0 la norma CP-189/1995 de la ASNT. La certificación debe ser emitida por el fabricante como lo indica la norma CP-189/1995 de la ASNT o equivalente.

Annex E.1 Qualification of personnel
E.1.1 ISO 11484 or ASNT SNT-TC-1A or an equivalent, shall be the basis for the qualification of nondestructive inspection personnel (excluding visual inspection). Such personnel shall be re-qualified for any method previously qualified, if they have not performed non-destructive inspection in that method for a period exceeding 12 months.

7.3.1 Non-destructive examination personnel.
Personnel performing NDE shall be qualified in accordance with the manufacturer's documented training programme that is based on the requirements specified in ISO 9712, EN 473 or ASNT SNT-TC-1A.
7.3.2 Visual examination personnel.
Personnel performing visual inspection for acceptance shall take and pass an annual vision examination in accordance with the manufacturer's documented procedures that meet the applicable requirements of ISO 9712, EN 473, or ASNT SNT-TC-1A.

10.3 Qualification of inspection and test personnel.
10.3.1 NDE personnel.
NDE personnel shall be qualified in accordance with the requirements specified in ISO 9712 or ASNT SNT-TC-1A.
Personnel performing visual examinations shall have passed an annual eye examination in accordance with ISO 9712 or ASNT SNT-TC-1A within the previous twelve months.

8.3 Quality control personnel qualifications.
8.3.1 Non-destructive examination (NDE) personnel.
NDE personnel shall be qualified in accordance with requirements specified in ISO 9712.
8.3.2 Visual examination personnel.
Personnel performing visual examinations shall have an annual eye examination in accordance with ISO 9712.

8.4 CERTIFICATION OF NONDESTRUCTIVE TESTING PERSONNEL.
8.4.1 Procedures.
Nondestructive testing personnel shall be certified to Level I, II or III in accordance with the recommendations of American Society for Nondestructive Testing, Recommended Practice No. SNT-TC-1A, ACCP or any other recognized national certification program that shall be acceptable to the company for the test method used. Only Level II or III personnel shall interpret test results.

UW-54 QUALIFICATION OF NONDESTRUCTIVE EXAMINATION PERSONNEL.
(a) The Manufacturer shall be responsible for assuring that nondestructive examination (NDE) personnel have been qualified and certified in accordance with their employer's written practice prior to performing or evaluating radiographic or ultrasonic examinations required by this section. SNT-TC-1A or CP_189 shall be used as a guideline for employers to establish their written practice.
National or international Central Certification Programs, such as the ASNT Central Certification Program (ACCP), may be used to fulfill the examination and demonstration requirements of the employer's written practice.
Provisions for training, experience, qualification. And certification of NDE personnel shall be described in the Manufacturer's quality control system.

Personnel performing and evaluating ultrasonic examinations required by this Division shall meet the requirements of UW-54 QUALIFICATION OF NONDESTRUCTIVE EXAMINATION PERSONNEL.

(e) For those documents that directly reference this Article for the qualification of NDE personnel, the qualification shall be in accordance with their employer's written practice which shall be in accordance with one of the following documents:
(1) SNT -TC-1A, Personnel Qualification and Certification in Nondestructive Testing; or
(2) ANSI/ ASNT CP-189 ASNT Standard for Qualification and Certification of Nondestructive Testing Personnel.
(fJ National or international central certification programs, such as the ASNT Central Certification Program.
(ACCP) or ISO 9712:2012-based programs, may be alternatively used to fulfill the training, experience, and examination requirements of the documents listed in (e) as specified in the employer's written practice.

(b) The requirements of Article 1, General Requirements, apply when visual examination, in accordance with Article 9, is required by a referencing Code Section.


T -922 PERSONNEL REQUIREMENTS.
The user of this Article shall be responsible for assigning qualified personnel to perform visual examinations to the requirements of this Article. At the option of the organization, he may maintain one certification for each product, or several separate signed records based on the area or type of work, or both combined. Where impractical to use specialized visual examination personnel, knowledgeable and trained personnel, having limited qualifications, may be used to perform specific examinations, and to sign the report forms. Personnel performing examinations shall be qualified in accordance with requirements of the referencing Code Section.

7. Personnel Requirements.
7.1 Personnel performing the ultrasonic examinations to this practice shall be qualified and certified in accordance with a written procedure conforming to Recommended Practice No. SNT-TC-I A (1988 or later) or another national standard that is acceptable to both the purchaser and the supplier.


ARTICLE 23, SA -435/SA-435M Standard Specification For Straight-Beam Ultrasonic Examination Of Steel Plates.
1.2 Individuals performing examinations in accordance with this specification shall be qualified and certified in accordance with the requirements of the latest edition of ASNT SNT-TC-I A or an equivalent accepted standard. An equivalent standard is one which covers the qualification and certification of ultrasonic nondestructive examination candidates and which is acceptable to the purchaser.


ARTICLE 23. SA-577 /SA-577M Standard Specification For Ultrasonic Angle-Beam Examination Of Steel Plates.
1.2 Individuals performing examinations in accordance with this specification shall be qualified and certified in accordance with the requirements of the latest edition of ASNT SNT TC-I A or an equivalent accepted standard. An equivalent standard is one which covers the qualification and certification of ultrasonic nondestructive examination candidates and which is acceptable to the purchaser.


ARTICLE 23, SA-578/SA-578M Standard Specification For Straight-Beam Ultrasonic Examination Of Rolled Steel Plates For Special.
Applications
1.2 Individuals performing examinations in accordance with this specification shall be qualified and certified in Accordance with the requirements of the latest edition of ASNT SNT -TC-I A or an equivalent accepted standard.
An equivalent standard is one which covers the qualification and certification of ultrasonic nondestructive examination candidates and which is acceptable to the purchaser


ARTICLE 23, SE-2700 Standard Practice For Contact Ultrasonic Testing Of Welds Using Phased Arrays
5.5 All personnel responsible for carrying out examinations, analysis, and reporting results using this standard should be appropriately trained and qualified in accordance with a nationally or internationally recognized NDT personnel qualification practice or standard such as ANSI/ASNT CP-189, SNT-TC-IA, NAS-41O, or a similar document and certified by the employer or certifying agency, as applicable. Additionally, there should also be training or knowledge and experience related to phased array equipment and techniques. Personnel performing examinations to this standard should list the qualifying credentials in the examination report.
6. Basis of Application-
6.1 The following items are subject to contractual agreement between the parties using or referencing this standard.
6.2 Personnel Qualification. If specified in the contractual agreement, personnel performing examinations to this standard shall be qualified in accordance with a nationally or internationally recognized NDT personnel qualification practice or standard such as ANSI/ASNT CP-189, SNT -TC-I A, NAS 410, or a similar document and certified by the employer or certifying agency, as applicable. The practice or standard used and its applicable revision shall be identified in the contractual agreement between the using parties.

ASME CODE FOR PRESSURE PIPING, ASME B 31.1 POWER PIPING
136.3.2 Qualification of NDE Personnel. Personnel who perform nondestructive examination of welds shall be qualified and certified for each examination method in accordance with a program established by the employer of the personnel being certified, which shall be based on the following minimum requirements: (A) instruction in the fundamentals of the nondestructive examination method. (B) on-the- job training to familiarize the NDE personnel with the appearance and interpretation of indications of weld defects. The length of time for such training shall be sufficient to assure adequate assimilation of the knowledge required. (C) an eye examination performed at least once each year to determine optical capability of NDE personnel to perform the required examinations. (D) upon completion of (A) and (B) above, the NDE personnel shall be given an oral or written examination and performance examination by the employer to determine if the NDE personnel are qualified to perform the required examinations and interpretation of results. (E) certified NDE personnel whose work has not included performance of aspecific examination method for a period of 1 year or more shall be recertified by successfully completing the examination of (D) above and also passing the visual examination of (C) above. Substantial changes in procedures or equipment shall require recertification of the NDE personnel. The following may be used as alternatives to the preceding program, as applicable: SNT-TC-1A or CP-189; and personnel qualified to AWS QC-1 may be used for the visual examination of welds.


ASME CODE FOR PRESSURE PIPING, ASME B31.3 PROCESS PIPING.
342.1 Personnel Qualification and Certification Examiners shall have training and experience commensurate with the needs of the specified examinations.1 The employer shall certify records of the examiners employed, showing dates and results of personnel qualifications, and shall maintain them and make them available to the Inspector. 1 For this purpose, SNT-TC-1A, Recommended Practice for Nondestructive Testing Personnel Qualification and Certification, may be used as a guide.

6.14.6 Personnel Qualification.
6.14.6.1 ASNT Requirements. Personnel performing NDT other than visual shall be qualified in conformance with the current edition of the American Society for Nondestructive Testing Recommended Practice No. SNT-TC-IA. Individuals who perform NDT shall be qualified for:
(1) NDT Level II, or
(2) NDT Level I working under the NDT Level II
6.14.6.2 Certification. Certification of Level I and Level II individuals shall be performed by a Level III individual who. has been certified by (1) The American Society for Nondestructive Testing, or (2) has the education, training, experience, and has successfully passed the written examination described in SNT-TC-IA.

6.1.3.4 Personnel Qualification. Personnel performing NDT, other than visual examination, shall be certified in conformance with the American Society for Nondestructive Testing’s (ASNT) Recommended Practice No. SNT-TC-1A, or an equivalent satisfactory to the Engineer. Certification of Level I and Level II individuals shall be performed by the ASNT Central Certification Program (ACCP), or a Level III individual who has been certified by (1) ASNT, or (2) has the education, training, experience, and has successfully passed the written examination prescribed in ASNT SNT-TC-1A. Individuals who perform NDT shall be certified as:
(1) NDT Level II, or
(2) NDT Level I working under the direct supervision of an individual qualified for NDT Level II or NDT Level III.
(3) NDT Level III and qualified per ASNT SNT-TC-1A as a Level II for NDT performed.
